Always friendly, always helpful. What more need I say?

I am beyond grateful to have found an auto repair shop I can trust. I was given a detailed explanation of the problem, along with the choices available to me. Safe driving was always uppermost, no short cuts were taken, and the bill was reasonable for the considerable amount of work and expertise involved. Also explained to me was what signs to look for in the future, a very helpful step. As a woman, I have unfortunately had negative and condescending experiences at other garages in the past. That will never happen at Schultz.

Very dissatisfied!! AAA recommended I take my vehicle to this approved mechanic where I would be treated fairly and receive a discount for being a AAA member. I had the worst experience, the place tried to rob me and accomplished their goal by charging a ridiculous amount just to look at my vehicle. I was quoted over $1,300 for parts that were not even part of the issue, I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic and they fixed the issue for under $200. The parts they used were never quoted through Schultz. Please do not take your vehicle to these scam artists, they were going to do pointless work and not even fix the issue.

Repair was fast and everyone was great!

They went above and beyond to squeeze us in so we could pass inspection.

Made accommodations to get my car in for undercoating and did a complimentary inspection. They didn't try to sell me future repairs like some other places I've been to. In fact they complimented me on how well maintained the vehicle appears to be. I would recommend them to everyone.
