Recently, a customer was in the middle of a long summer road trip when his air conditioner started acting strange. It started blowing warm air, and needless to say, it was a bit uncomfortable not having a working air conditioner to keep him cool on the road.
"I was traveling to Buffalo from Michigan and the A/C started blowing warm as I was driving through Canada," says the customer in his Google review. "Schultz Auto and Truck Repair was happy to take me in at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon."
Though it was late in the day, we wanted to help this customer out and help him get back on the road with a working air conditioning system. The experienced automotive technicians at Schultz Auto and Truck Repair inspected the system, tested the air conditioner coolant (Freon) level, looked for any cracks and made sure the cabin air filter was clean. There are any number of issues that can affect your air conditioner or heater, so we made sure to cover every detail.
The problem was found and we were able to recharge the coolant back to the proper levels. Thankfully for this customer, it was a fairly simple repair and he was able to get in and out of our Hamburg shop quickly. Thanks to the team at Schultz Auto and Truck Repair, he was able to enjoy the rest of his road trip as he eventually drove all the way back to Michigan with the comfort of a working air conditioner.
This customer had just two more words to say in his online review: "Good people," he wrote when talking about his experience at Schultz Auto and Truck Repair. That means a lot to us because treating people right is always our number one priority. We're proud to do good things for the good people of Erie County and anyone who visits from out of town.
